Anti-Harassment Policy

PASS Summit provides data professionals from a variety of backgrounds with an opportunity to connect, share, and learn. PASS values the strong sense of community that characterizes this event, and we seek to foster an inclusive, professional atmosphere. PASS is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, race, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected classification.

Preferred Gender Pronouns

Conference attendees can choose to add a personal gender ribbon to their virtual attendee badge. To edit your virtual attendee badge, go to “My Conference Profile” and select your ribbons.

Regional Diversity

We celebrate the regional diversity of the PASS community and are committed to making all members feel included. PASS Virtual Summit 2020 is accessible to all attendees – regardless of location!  

PASS Virtual Summit will let you opt-in to see who is live at the same time as you and discuss key topics with your fellow community members from all over the world. All conference sessions and community events will be broadcast in multiple time zones. Attendees will also receive 12 months of On-Demand Access to all conference sessions, allowing you to watch sessions at anytime and anywhere in the world (sessions will be available within 48 hours after they air for the first time). 

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

PASS Virtual Summit 2020 includes several sessions dedicated to supporting and improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in our community, as well as the wider data and tech industry.

We are thrilled to be bringing back our Women in Technology Keynote, as well introducing our inaugural Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Keynote! There are also General Conference Sessions dedicated to addressing the unique challenges facing underrepresented groups in our community. These sessions include Neurodiversity and the Data Platform by Chris Voss; Real World Implications of Bias in Coding and Machine Learning by Rie Irish; and Inclusive Presentation Design by Meghan Longoria.
