Inclusion at PASS Summit

PASS Summit strives to create a welcoming and safe space for everyone who is attending. Above all, we ask that all attendees, speakers, sponsors and other guests behave respectfully. Be kind to others and help us make PASS Summit a positive experience for everyone in attendance.


PASS Summit is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This means that PASS takes the steps necessary to make the event accessible to individuals with disabilities. When registering for PASS Summit, there is a field where attendees can provide details on accommodations required to make sure that they can fully participate in PASS Summit. If someone indicates they have a disability, as defined under the ADA, through our registration process, PASS takes the necessary steps to ensure that no individual is excluded or denied services.

Anti-Harassment Policy

PASS Summit provides data professionals from a variety of backgrounds with an opportunity to connect, share, and learn. PASS values the strong sense of community that characterizes this event, and we seek to foster an inclusive, professional atmosphere. PASS is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected classification. All-Gender Restrooms

Two single stall all-gender restrooms can be located on the 4th floor of the Washington State Convention Center.

Nursing Room

A designated nursing room is located on the 6th floor of the Washington State Convention Center.

Prayer Room

Conference attendees are welcome to use the Prayer Room on the 6th floor of the Washington State Convention Center.

Pronoun Stickers

Conference attendees can choose to add a preferred pronoun sticker to the their conference badge. Pronoun stickers will be available in the PASS Community Zone, Skybridge, 4D.

Quiet Space

PASS Summit will have a designated quiet area available for those who wish to take time away from our event.
