Who can submit a session abstract?

PASS Marathon: Open Source Call for Speakers is open to anyone in the PASS community, including Microsoft speakers. You may submit a total of 3 abstracts across any combination of Categories, Skill Levels and Tracks.

How do I submit an abstract?

  1. Complete your Speaker Profile which includes a separate section for personal contact information. You must complete both pages. Be sure to complete all of the requested information and note there is a 100 word limit for your bio.
  2. Review the Speaker Terms. Any speaker who is selected to present at PASS Marathon must adhere to all terms. If in agreement, please check the terms box and fill in the electronic signature and date sections.
  3. Enter each session abstract, one at a time. A 150 word limit is in effect for each session submission.
  4. Review your submission on the Submissions page.
  5. Once you have entered your submissions, you may view, edit, or delete content until the deadline acceptance date of Monday, July 15 at 16:00 UTC.

When will I find out if I've been accepted to speak?
You will be notified if you have been selected as a speaker during the week of June 25.

When is the abstract submission deadline?
All abstracts must be submitted no later than Monday, July 15 at 16:00 UTC.
