PASS Summit 2020 Update – June Announcement

In my previous blog post, I mentioned that PASS Summit 2020 will be taking place this year, and that I would update the community throughout every step of the process and with every new development.

As we get further in understanding the logistics and financial impact of transitioning to a virtual PASS Summit conference, I wanted to share that we are confident that we will be in a place to announce whether this year’s event will be delivered in-person or virtually by early June.

In the interest of transparency, I originally shared that our intention was to move forward with an in-person event as planned. However, as events unfold on a daily basis, we realize that these plans will need to be re-evaluated given the current global reality of our membership.

There are still many details that will need to be worked through before we can share further updates, but in order to give our community as much advanced notice as possible, we are committing to sharing these details in June.

As outlined in Tim’s blog post on the PASS Summit refund policy, the possible pivot to a virtual event will not impact your ability to get a refund. There will also be different refund options available, should you choose to transfer your registration to the virtual event or PASS Summit 2021.

I look forward to sharing more information on PASS Summit 2020 with you in the coming weeks.
