PASS welcomes Amazon Web Services as a Platinum Global Alliance Partner

We are pleased to announce that Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) will join the PASS community as our latest Platinum Global Alliance Partner.

This new collaboration between AWS and PASS will provide PASS members with opportunities to connect directly with AWS, and get access to training and educational resources including whitepapers, webinars, product news, and more.

Applications for PASS BoD Election Now Open

The PASS Nominations Committee (NomCom) is now accepting applications for the 2019 PASS Election. This election will determine the new Directors for the 2020/21 term, starting January 1, 2020

The role of Director requires significant commitment beyond what is typically required of PASS volunteers and members. PASS Directors are responsible for the day-to-day activities of PASS, as well as the strategic short and long-term decisions to support the success of our organization. 

Directors are expected to be exemplary representatives of our community, helping to shape the future of PASS while furthering their skills as leaders and influencers.

PASS Summit 2019 Breakfast Update

Over the past few years, the breakfast options at PASS Summit have shifted in an effort to balance the budget, while still offering PASS Summit attendees with the best on-site experience possible each year.

Based on feedback received from last year’s post-event attendee survey, it was clear that the community was not satisfied with the change from a hot breakfast to pastries and coffee. While breakfast still ranks as one of the least important factors to overall attendee experience, it was important that we provide a suitable breakfast option.

PASS Username Update

PASS recently made an update to the member sign in process that requires all members to update their PASS username to an email address. For the past few years, members without an email address as a username were encouraged to update their account, but were given the option to skip this step. As of this week, this step can no longer be skipped on the sign in screen.

The 2019 PASS Membership Survey is now open! This annual survey is designed to help us better understand our diverse global PASS community so that we can develop content and programs that best meet the needs of our members.

Respondents will be entered to win one of five gift cards valued at $150 USD each, and an overview of the results will be shared on PASS News once the responses are compiled.
