Governance

PASS is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that set the strategic direction for the organization.

With a membership of 300,000 data professionals worldwide and annual revenue in 2016 of $10 million, this strategic governance is essential to the continued growth and success of PASS.

The PASS Board is comprised of a four-member Executive Committee, six Directors-at-Large, and two Founding Partners (chosen by Microsoft). The Directors-at-Large are elected by the global PASS community to two-year terms. Learn more about how the PASS organization is governed by reviewing the PASS Bylaws and policies.
