FY2019 Financial Audit

As Wendy shared in her February blog post, the management team at PASS HQ (C&C) undertakes a rigorous financial audit every year with audit firm FGMK. This process started in June and ended in October of 2019.

The completed FY2019 Audited Financial Statements are now available for viewing.

Vacancy on the PASS Board

Jennifer Moser has resigned from her role as Director-at-Large on the PASS Board, leaving a one-year term vacancy. This resignation has now taken effect.

The Executive Committee will be working closely with the Board to appoint a Director to fill the remainder of Jennifer’s term, as outlined by the PASS Bylaws.

Applications for PASS BoD Election Now Open

The PASS Nominations Committee (NomCom) is now accepting applications for the 2019 PASS Election. This election will determine the new Directors for the 2020/21 term, starting January 1, 2020

The role of Director requires significant commitment beyond what is typically required of PASS volunteers and members. PASS Directors are responsible for the day-to-day activities of PASS, as well as the strategic short and long-term decisions to support the success of our organization. 

Directors are expected to be exemplary representatives of our community, helping to shape the future of PASS while furthering their skills as leaders and influencers.
