Mark Mortimore

Mark came to Microsoft in 1995 as a Group Program Manager and Architectural Consultant with the SQL/OLE-DB/Data Access team, Visual Studio, Site Server, and BackOffice. Around the turn of the millennium, Mark relocated to Paris and spent 2 years in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, working as a Senior Application Architect with partners and customers in over 25 countries. In late 2001, Mark returned to Redmond to support the Microsoft Trustworthy Computing initiative that ultimately connected with 500,000 developers and IT Professionals around the world.

For almost a decade, Mark has worked as a technology and business development manager working with Microsoft's top partners. Currently, he is a Senior Program Manager with Microsoft SQL Server Appliances Engineering, designing, delivering, and working with customers to validate integrated hardware/software solutions.
